Employee Comment Policy

This document provides guidelines for employees of POMWonderful LLC (“POM Wonderful”) or any of its affiliated entities who join and participate in the POM Wonderful Community (“the Community”) operated by POM Wonderful.

In general. POM Wonderful will allow employees to join and participate in the Community, provided that they abide by and be bound by this employee community policy (the “Employee Policy”). We may, in our sole discretion, modify the Employee Policy with or without notice to you. Please continue to periodically review the Employee Policy when using the Community. By continuing to access and use the Community after the Employee Policy has been modified, you are agreeing to such modifications.

POM Wonderful reserves the right to discontinue an employee’s membership in the Community if it determines that the employee is not complying with the Employee Policy.  Employees also are subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination, for violations of the Employee Policy or the POM Wonderful Terms of Use.

Registration. To sign up for the Community, employees (like users) will have to register with the Community.  Please be aware that by signing up, employees (like users) are consenting to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

  1. Employees should use only their first name, the company’s name, and their position at the company, as their username.
  • Example: Frank – POM Wonderful Representative
  1. Employees should use their POM Wonderful or affiliated entity e-mail address, not their personal e-mail address, when signing up for the Community.
  2. Employees may not use Community accounts other than their POM Wonderful or affiliated entity account to access the Community or to communicate with users of the Community.

Participation. POM Wonderful will allow employees to participate in the interactive features of the Community to the extent described below.  At all times, employees should keep in mind that they are participating in the Community in their professional − not personal − capacity.  Accordingly, employees are subject to all of POM Wonderful’s policies that apply to their conduct while representing the company.

  1. Subject to this Employee Policy, employees may participate in discussion forums, post comments in response to other users’ blogs, and chat with other users in the Community.
  2. In any communication posted to the Community, employees should prominently identify themselves as employees of POM Wonderful or an affiliated entity of POM Wonderful, including, without limitation, Fiji Water Company LLC, Teleflora LLC, Suterra LLC, Paramount Farms, Inc., Paramount Citrus Association, Neptune Shipping Line or Roll International Corporation.
  3. In any communication posted to the Community, employees should not:
  • Comment on products or services provided by POM Wonderful competitors;
  • Discuss political, religious, or controversial issues, or make statements that could reflect adversely on POM Wonderful;
  • Disclose or refer to non-public information, including identifying POM Wonderful products or business processes that have not been announced to the public; or
  • Respond directly to content posted by other users (“user content”) that is objectionable or otherwise violates the Terms of Use.
  1. Employees should immediately contact POM Wonderful management if they come across any user content that they believe is objectionable, may involve a risk of legal liability or danger to life, safety, or property, or that otherwise violates the terms of use.  Employees who become aware of customer service or product defect issues while using the Community should promptly report these issues to appropriate customer service personnel.

Employees are encouraged to contact POM Wonderful management with any questions about joining and participating in the Community.  If you are unsure whether a particular Community posting is permitted by this Employee Policy, please consult with management or the legal department before making the posting.
