    So Sweet!

The time required to open a pomegranate was a small price to pay for the juicy, delicious arils!

    Freeze Arils

I use fresh POMS and freeze the arils.Lay on a flat sheet, freeze for 3 hrs then can put in airtight plastic container. They freeze well but don't last more than 3 months cause we eat them!

I love pomegranates and I buy them every year they come in season. My problem is that I bought 5 of them & they are not ripe yet. Can anyone give me any suggestions on how to ripen them before I cut them open?
