- In a cocktail shaker filled halfway with ice, add the bourbon, POM Pomegranate Elderberry Boost Tea, lemon juice, honey and egg whites.
- Shake vigorously until egg whites are frothy.
- Strain into two coupe glasses and garnish with a blackberry on a cocktail pick.
Tip: For a vegan alternative, swap egg whites for 2 ounces of aquafaba and whip with an electric mixer until very frothy. Transfer the froth to the shaker and continue as directed.
