Holiday Pomegranate Glazed Ham

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Place ham cut-side down on a large roasting pan lined with aluminum foil. Add a small amount of water to the pan.
  2. Prepare pomegranate glaze: In a medium saucepan, combine POM Wonderful 100% Pomegranate Juice, brown sugar, maple syrup, mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer over medium heat. Cook for 10 minutes until slightly thickened and glossy. Add orange zest and mix well.
  3. Brush half of the pomegranate glaze generously over ham. Wrap ham with additional aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove ham and brush with remaining pomegranate glaze. Increase oven temperature to 400°F and bake for additional 15 minutes until glaze has caramelized.
  4. Transfer ham to a serving platter. Sprinkle ham generously with POM Wonderful Pomegranate Arils and garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs.

  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
  • 1 cup POM Wonderful Pomegranate Arils
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish
