  1. Combine the mashed avocado with the lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Spread evenly over the pieces of toasted bread.
  2. Spray a medium skillet with nonstick spray or butter. Over medium heat, cook the eggs sunny-side up for about 3 minutes (or until the egg white is cooked but the yolk is runny).
  3. Place the sunny-side-up eggs on the mashed avocado toasts. Drizzle with labneh and garnish with POM Arils, za’atar, and fresh dill. Serve immediately.


  • 1 ripe avocado, pitted and mashed
  • ½ tablespoon Wonderful Seedless Lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 slices sourdough bread, toasted
  • Nonstick cooking spray or butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons labneh
  • 2 tablespoons POM Wonderful Pomegranate Fresh Arils
  • 1 tablespoon za’atar spice
  • Fresh dill, for garnish
