Preparation

  1. Peel ginger and roughly cut into chunks.
  2. Add cut ginger, pomegranate juice, and honey to blender and process until smooth.
  3. Pass through mesh strainer to remove any residual ginger pulp.
  4. Stir in kombucha.
  5. Transfer mixture to a wide container and place in freezer.
  6. Scrape every 60 minutes until mixture forms into ice crystals. Process should take 2 to 4 hours.

  • 1/2 cup raw honey (optional)
  • 2 cups kombucha
