- Add brown sugar cinnamon syrup*, POM Wonderful 100% Pomegranate Juice, lemon juice, tequila, and egg white into a cocktail shaker.
- Shake without ice to emulsify the egg white.
- Add ice and shake again.
- Double-strain into a coupe glass. Sift ground cinnamon on top.
*Brown sugar cinnamon syrup:
- Add brown sugar, water, and cinnamon sticks into a small saucepan and bring to a simmer until sugar dissolves.
- Let cool, strain out the cinnamon sticks, and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two weeks.
