Combine POM Wonderful 100% Pomegranate Juice, water and tea in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to a simmer, then remove from heat and let steep for 10 to 15 minutes. Strain tea and let cool or store in the fridge until cold.
Add a few slices of fresh ginger and some herb sprigs to 4 12-oz glasses and muddle with a muddler or wooden spoon. Fill each glass ¾ full with crushed ice and some POM Pomegranate Arils.
Fill glasses with cooled or chilled P∂M Hibiscus tea. Top each glass with some ginger beer, remaining POM, a few slices of fresh ginger, a few sprigs of herbs and edible flower petals, if desired.
