Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake well with ice.
  2. Strain into a rocks glass and fill with crushed ice.
  3. Garnish with skewered maraschino cherries and several pineapple leaves.

  • 2 oz. high-proof rum
  • ¼ oz. allspice dram
  • ¾ oz. POM Wonderful 100% Pomegranate Juice
  • ½ oz. pineapple juice
  • ½ oz. fresh lime juice
  • ½ oz. spiced cane syrup
  • Maraschino cherries and pineapple leaves for garnish
