Prepare fresh pomegranate juice, if necessary.* Fill a highball glass with ice. Add tequila and fill with orange juice. Stir. Slowly pour in pomegranate juice and let it settle. Before serving stir once, very gently, to create the “sundown” effect. Serve and enjoy!
*To prepare fresh pomegranate juice, cut 2–3 large POM Wonderful Pomegranates in half and juice them with a citrus reamer or juicer. Pour the mixture through a cheesecloth-lined strainer or sieve. Set the juice aside.
