POM Wonderful's 'Wild as Pomegranate' (WAP) cocktail features mezcal, pomegranate juice, and cold brew coffee. This cocktail is a unique and delicious drink for all!
Chill a coupe glass with ice and water. Shake all ingredients aggressively with ice in a cocktail shaker. Dump the ice water from the coupe glass and strain the cocktail into the coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon wheel and fresh basil. Be sure to smack your basil to release herb oils into your cocktail.
