Where to Buy

Instructions

  1. Gently open each date and stuff with a small spoonful of feta.
  2. Place a few POM Wonderful Pomegranate Arils on top of the cheese.
  3. Arrange dates on a serving platter or board. To serve, drizzle generously with honey and finish with fresh thyme.

Variations

  1. Different Cheese. Goat cheese or mascarpone in place of feta for a milder, creamier filling.
  2. Nut Addition. A toasted almond or walnut half pressed into the feta before adding the arils adds crunch.
  3. Bacon-Wrapped Version. Wrap each stuffed date in a half-slice of bacon and broil 3–4 minutes per side until crisp, then top with arils.
  4. Spicy Honey. Stir a pinch of crushed red pepper into the honey before drizzling for a sweet-heat contrast.
