Preparation

In a large bowl, combine lettuce, POM Wonderful Pomegranate Arils, pears, cucumber, red onion, pepitas, pecans and feta cheese; toss to mix well.
For the creamy POM dressing: whisk together Greek yogurt, POM Wonderful 100% Pomegranate Juice, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, salt and pepper.
Divide salad mixture evenly in two bowls. Drizzle with creamy POM dressing. Serve immediately.

Salad:

½ cup POM Wonderful Pomegranate Arils
4 cups spring salad mix
1 ripe pear, cored and thinly sliced (Anjou or Bartlett)
2 mini seedless cucumbers, cut into 1" pieces
¼ cup thinly sliced red onion
¼ cup roasted pepitas
¼ cup candied pecans
¼ cup crumbled feta cheese

Creamy pomegranate dressing:

¼ cup POM Wonderful 100% Pomegranate Juice
½ cup Greek yogurt
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
¼ teaspoon salt
⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
