Pomegranate Ginger Elixir Gummy Bears

Preparation

Peel ginger and cut into chunks.
Juice orange.
Place ginger, orange juice, POM Wonderful 100% Pomegranate Juice, and agave nectar in a blender and process until smooth.
Pass mixture through fine mesh strainer into small pan, discarding pulp.
Stir in agar flakes and allow to rehydrate for 5 minutes.
Place mixture over low flame and bring to a simmer. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until agar flakes dissolve.
Cool mixture for a few minutes.
Use a dropper to fill chilled gummy bear molds.
Chill in refrigerator for 30–60 minutes, or until set.
