  1. In a small saucepan over medium-high heat, simmer the POM Juice until the mixture is reduced to 2 tablespoons and slightly syrupy. Stir in 1 tablespoon of honey and set aside to cool.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the goat cheese, cream cheese, remaining 2 tablespoons of honey, salt, and coriander. With a hand mixer, mix until smooth and creamy.
  3. In a separate medium mixing bowl, combine the POM Arils, jalapeño, scallions, and cilantro.
  4. Spread the whipped goat cheese in a shallow dish or on a platter and top with the POM relish. Garnish with more cilantro and drizzle with the cooled POM Juice syrup. Serve with crackers or endive leaves.


  • ½ cup POM Wonderful 100% Pomegranate Juice
  • 3 tablespoons honey, divided
  • 8 oz. soft goat cheese
  • 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1¼ cups POM Pomegranate Fresh Arils
  • 1 jalapeño, minced (3 tablespoons)
  • ⅓ cup scallions, finely chopped
  • ⅓ cup cilantro, chopped
  • Crackers or endive leaves for serving
