Preparation

  1. Combine POM Juice and Greek yogurt in a large bowl, set aside.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, then pour the POM Juice yogurt mixture onto the baking sheet, creating a thin layer.
  3. Place baking sheet in the freezer for 30 minutes.
  4. While the yogurt mixture is freezing, in a large bowl combine oats, Wonderful Pistachios, cinnamon, flaxseeds, chia seeds, banana, and maple syrup.
  5. Once the yogurt mixture is frozen, remove from freezer
  6. Pour the additional ingredients on top of the frozen yogurt mixture, pressing firmly.
  7. Freeze for an additional 2 hours, cut into desired shape and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup POM Wonderful 100% Pomegranate Juice
  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 3 cups old fashion rolled oats
  • ½ cup Wonderful Pistachios No Shells Lightly Salted
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp flaxseeds
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 mashed banana, ripe
  • ¾ cup pure maple syrup
