Preparation

Avocado Toast:

  1. Slice and toast whole-grain bread.
  2. Spread a thin layer of hummus onto toasted bread.
  3. Cut avocado and place on top of hummus.
  4. Wash and thinly slice radishes, layering them onto the toast.
  5. Top with sprouts, chia seeds, and POM Arils.

Nut Butter Toast:

  1. Slice and toast whole-grain bread.
  2. Spread a thin layer of nut butter onto toasted bread.
  3. Sprinkle flaxseeds on nut butter.
  4. Cut banana, layering slices on the toast.
  5. Top with hemp seeds and POM Arils.

Yogurt/Peach Toast:

  1. Slice and toast whole-grain bread.
  2. Spread a thin layer of yogurt onto toasted bread.
  3. Cut peach, placing slices on top of yogurt.
  4. Top with hemp seeds and POM Arils.

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp POM Pomegranate Fresh Arils

  • 2 tbsp nut butter
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp flaxseeds (or flaxmeal)
  • 1 tbsp POM Pomegranate Fresh Arils

Yogurt/Peach Toast:

  • 2 slices of whole-grain bread
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 1 peach, sliced
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp POM Pomegranate Fresh Arils
