Preparation

  • Add chickpeas, tahini, pine nuts, lemon juice, garlic cloves, olive oil, sea salt, cumin, and cold water to a food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add an additional 1–2 tablespoons of cold water if necessary for your desired texture. Transfer to a bowl and top with POM Wonderful Pomegranate Arils, chopped parsley, a drizzle of olive oil, and a pinch of sea salt. Serve with pita bread and enjoy!

  • ⅓ cup tahini
  • ¼ cup pine nuts
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt

  • 2 tablespoons cold water
