Celebrate the season with friends by enjoying the POM Highball cocktail. Gin and bitter lemon perfectly balance out the sweet flavors of POM Wonderful's pomegranate juice.
Prepare fresh pomegranate juice, if necessary.* Build all the ingredients over ice in a highball glass. Garnish with a slice of English cucumber. Serve and enjoy!
*To prepare fresh pomegranate juice, cut 2–3 large POM Wonderful Pomegranates in half and juice them with a citrus reamer or juicer. Pour the mixture through a cheesecloth-lined strainer or sieve. Set the juice aside.
