POM Wonderful's pomegranate mocha martini lets you indulge in a cocktail that incorporates the sweet taste of chocolate with tasty pomegranate juice.
Prepare fresh pomegranate juice, if necessary.* Shake all ingredients together and strain into martini glass. Float chocolate shavings on top for garnish. Serve this pomegranate cocktail recipe.
*To prepare fresh pomegranate juice, cut 2–3 large POM Wonderful Pomegranates in half and juice them with a citrus reamer or juicer. Pour the mixture through a cheesecloth-lined strainer or sieve. Set the juice aside.
