- Peel the mandarins, discard the rinds, and muddle the segments from one of the mandarins in a cocktail shaker.
- Add the orange liqueur or Triple Sec, POM Pomegranate Orange Blossom White Tea, and ice to the shaker, shaking for 20 seconds.
- Strain into an iced wine glass and top with sparkling wine and club soda. Stir gently.
- Garnish with more mandarin segments and the peel twist.
