A negroni with a festive winter zing and notable herbal flavor. Infusing the entire cocktail with winter spices like cinnamon and allspice, brings a warmth that is sure to add comfort to any gathering.
In a medium saucepan, combine the cinnamon stick, star anise, allspice, and cloves over medium heat until fragrant, 2 to 3 minutes. Add the gin, Campari and sweet vermouth and bring to a simmer. Remove from heat and cool.
Transfer infused drink to a glass pitcher, straining out the spices, and add the chilled POM Pomegranate Elderberry Boost Tea.
Serve over ice cubes in a glass. Garnish with POM Pomegranate Fresh Arils, an orange peel twist and some grated nutmeg.
