Preparation

  1. In a high-speed blender, add POM Wonderful 100% Pomegranate Juice, cherries, banana, and ice. Blend until combined and smooth.
  2. Rinse blender and add coconut milk, banana, blue spirulina powder, and ice. Blend until combined and smooth.
  3. In a tall glass, add a spoonful of the POM mixture. Top with a spoonful of the spirulina mixture. Alternate layers, gently pressing down as you go. Use the back of a spoon or a straw to lightly drag through the layers along the inside of the glass.
  4. Garnish smoothie with POM Wonderful Pomegranate Arils and serve immediately.

Ingredients

For the POM Layer:

  • ¾ cup POM Wonderful 100% Pomegranate Juice
  • ½ cup frozen cherries
  • ½ a frozen banana
  • ½ cup ice

For the Spirulina Layer:

  • ¾ cup coconut milk
  • ½ a frozen banana
  • ½ teaspoon blue spirulina powder
  • ½ cup ice
  • POM Wonderful Pomegranate Arils, for garnish
