POM Beach

• 1 oz. POM Wonderful 100% Pomegranate Juice
• 1 oz. white rum
• 1 oz. dark rum floater
• ½ oz. rum coco
• 2 oz. pineapple juice
• 1 oz. simple syrup (equal parts sugar and cold water dissolved together)
• Pineapple slice and cherry for garnish

Shake all ingredients well with ice and strain over ice into a chimney glass. Garnish with a pineapple slice and a cherry. Serve and enjoy!
