POM Ginger Cosmo

• 1½ oz. POM Wonderful 100% Pomegranate Juice
• 1½ oz. tequila
• ½ oz. orange liqueur
• ½ oz. ginger syrup*
• ¾ oz. fresh lime juice
• Dried lime wheel and candied ginger for garnish

*Ginger syrup:

• ½ cup sliced ginger
• ½ cup water
• ½ cup sugar

1. Add POM Wonderful 100% Pomegranate Juice, tequila, orange liqueur, ginger syrup, and lime juice into a cocktail shaker.
2. Shake and then strain into glass.
3. Garnish with dried lime wheel and candied ginger.

*Ginger syrup:

1. Add sliced ginger, water, and sugar to a medium saucepan.
2. Simmer until sugar is dissolved.
3. Cool and then strain.
