  1. In a medium saucepan, add the figs, orange zest and juice, POM Wonderful 100% Pomegranate Juice, sugar and water.
  2. Bring to a boil then reduce to a simmer. Allow to simmer uncovered until the liquid has reduced and is slightly syrupy, about 10 minutes. Remove from the heat and allow to cool for 10 minutes.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a food processor and pulse until a thick jam consistency forms. Transfer to a bowl and let cool completely, then stir in POM Pomegranate Arils.
  4. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.

Tip: Try rolling a log of goat cheese in POM Pomegranate Arils for an impressive centerpiece to any cheese board.


  • 1½ cups dried Calimyrna figs
  • 1 navel orange, zested and juiced
  • ½ cup POM Wonderful 100% Pomegranate Juice
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar (can use coconut sugar or 3 tablespoons honey)
  • 1 cup water½ cup POM Pomegranate Arils
