Preparation

  1. Combine gin, lemon juice, cane syrup, and liqueur in a cocktail shaker with ice, and shake.
  2. Strain over pebble or crushed ice in a rocks glass.
  3. Top with ¾ oz. of POM Wonderful 100% Pomegranate Juice and garnish with a dehydrated citrus wheel.

  • 2 oz. gin
  • ¾ oz. fresh lemon juice
  • ½ oz. simple syrup
  • ¼ oz. allspice dram (allspice liqueur)
