Ingredients
- ¾ cup POM Wonderful 100% Pomegranate Juice
- ½ cup Wonderful Sweet Grapefruit Juice
- 2 tablespoons Wonderful Seedless Lemons juice
- 1 tablespoon vanilla simple syrup*
- Fresh whipped cream
- POM Wonderful Pomegranate Arils, for garnish
Instructions
- *To make the vanilla simple syrup: In a small saucepan, combine ½ cup granulated sugar and ½ cup water. Once sugar has dissolved, split the vanilla bean length-wise and add to saucepan. Bring mixture to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and allow syrup to cool completely before using.
- In a tall glass over ice, pour POM Wonderful 100% Pomegranate Juice to create the bottom layer. Slowly add Wonderful Sweet Grapefruit Juice, Wonderful Seedless Lemons juice, and vanilla simple syrup. Top with whipped cream for the final layer. Garnish with POM Wonderful Pomegranate Arils.
